		<description>I&#039;ve been trying to get my parents to learn software the same way!  After about 8 years, I think it&#039;s finally taking hold.  The biggest psychological hurdle for older people is convincing them that they&#039;re not actually going to &quot;break&quot; anything if they accidentally hit the wrong button.  Almost everything has a back button and/or undo.</description>
